Mr. Pineapple and I are inseparable this weekend! On Wednesday I flew to Italy, where I am currently enjoying myself with five athletes that are going to do the Ironman-triathlon. My job is to make sure they eat sufficient carbo-bombs, sleep many hours and cheer as loud as I can this Sunday! And since each Iron (wo)man brought his/her girl/boyfriend as well, I decided that Mr. Pineapple will be mine for the coming days! He is the perfect catch as he is cute, sweet, funny and never has a bad hair day! Mr. Pineapple en ik zijn onafscheidelijk deze vakantie. Op dit moment geniet van een weekendje-weg in Italië, waar ik mezelf amuseer met vijf atleten die zondag de Ironman-triatlon gaan doen. Ik heb mijzelf de taak gegeven om hun te voorzien van koolhydraat-bommen, te zorgen dat ze voldoende slaap krijgen en de longen uit mijn lijf te schreeuwen aanstaande zondag. Nu iedere ironman/vrouw hun vriendinnetje of vriendje hebben meegenomen, heb ik Mr. Pineapple als de mijne benoemd voor de komende dagen. Hij is de perfecte catch want hij is lief, grappig, zoet en hij heeft nooit een “bad hair day”.
