04 Dec A night at the Flintcreek restaurant in Seattle!
Wow!! The Flintcreek restaurant itself is worth a trip to Seattle. Whether you go here for brunch, happy hour or dinner, you won’t regret it. Flintcreek Cattle Co. is a wonderful restaurant with a welcoming bar in a warm and fun atmosphere. They take their mission, serving premium meats sourced from well managed small scale ranches, very seriously. Flintcreek was inspired by the free range cattlemen on the golden hills of Western Montana. The result is meat from grass fed animals with bold flavors like our delicious lamb tartare and Lamb Crepinette. We also enjoyed the Crisp Pickled Vegetables and Grilled Kuri Squash which were both very exciting dishes on the menu as well. Before we left we ordered the Chocolate Ganache Cake, caramel-peanut ice cream and peanut anglaise as a dessert! And that proved that Flintcreek is not only specialized in preparing meat, but can make the entire dining experience into a mind-blowing and memorable night! Do you like the vibes, but are you do your prefer fish over meat, make sure you visit Flintcreek’s sister restaurant, Rockcreek. At this restuarant they are specialized in seafood and I know for sure that I will go there next time I visit Seattle!!
