25 Nov Brunch at Saint Helens Cafe!
One of the first places that caught my eye when I did my Instagram research for places to visit in Seattle, was Saint Helens Cafe (click here to visit their website). With its lovely interior and delicious food that is so well presented, it was very hard to miss. Saint Helens is an American style brasserie located along the Burke Gilman trail in the upcoming Laurelhurst neighbourhood of Seattle. When I first visited their website I was amazed by the beautiful design as well as the menu for brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner. We ended up going for brunch and we could seriously have stayed here all day to try out the entire menu. Saint Helens Cafe has such a great atmosphere, warm vibe and beautiful interior. And Katie, who helped us picking our dishes, was also super friendly. My husband enjoyed the Saint Helens-poutine crispy duck confit and I had the breaded Goose Point oysters on a tartine. Saint Helens is part of Huxley Wallace, which owns and operates restaurants throughout the greater Northwest in the Washington State. This restaurant group has received local and national applause and as from last weekend I’m joining the group of fans!
What do you think of my blouse? I found it at ROMWE, and I just think that this lip print blouse is so cute. I paired it with on of my favourite black skirts but I also love to combine it with a pair of jeans.
