Grab your bag and go to Restaurant Sinne in Amsterdam.
As I told you in Otra-Parte bag, I just love celebrating my birthday! And that obviously includes making dinner reservations at my favourite restaurant, or a new restaurant in this case. So in May (haha, yes May) I reserved a table for two on 30 July at Sinne, a restaurant located on the Centuurbaan in De Pijp, including a special note that it was my birthday;). So after a few drinks at my house with my friends, my boyfriend and I cycled up there, where we were welcomed with a glass of cava and an amuse.
The menu offers you a three course dinner up to a eight course. You will find dishes such as foie gras ice cream and mousse with cherries, liquorice and oranges or a black angus steak with horsebeans, yoghurt and cucumber, potatoes and chanterelle. I can strongly advise you to opt for the matching wine arrangement; it is worth it. I made these pictures with my iPhone – sorry, this food deserves better – but I think you understand the message: the food is absolutely amazing as well as the atmosphere of Restaurant Sinne in Amsterdam. So please take me with you if you decide to go to there!
