16 Apr Why I’m going to miss San Francisco!
There is never a dull moment in San Francisco. It has been really exciting to explore this city during the past year that we have been living here. This city in California has a unique vibe with many brilliant, open-minded and outgoing people. New restaurants pop up every week and each neighbourhood has its own perks. It is very liberal, friendly to homeless people and international. I loved jumping on my bike and touring too other neighbourhoods (after I concurred the hills). But besides that, the weather has been quite exiting as well. In March I was enjoying the sun in bikini as if it was summer whereas in July I could not leave the house without a coat. Or its raining like crazy in the morning, and you have lunch in the sun. San Francisco is surprising and unpredictable. And that is why you have to dress accordingly. With the versatile and all-year-round pieces by the fashion designer Lia Larrea, you can obtain a street style de luxe look every day of the year and every moment of the day. I love this Olivier sweater with its adjustable neckline which is perfect to protect you from that cold wind or enables you to enjoy the rays of sun. The skirt is reversible and water resistant, so perfect for any girl living in the Bay Area. And what do you think about my wallet – which is very needed in expensive San Francisco. But it was worth every penny and I’m sincerely going to miss San Francisco, the city that was my home for 1 year!
