So you can probably tell from the pictures where these shots were taken. Indeed, Tuscany, Italy, one of the most beautiful places in the world with many tiny romantic villages! A few weeks ago I flew in to spend a couple of beautiful sunny days. As I only went for four days, I decided to only bring along a trolley. A new one as my former suitcase literally had fallen apart. Before I started my search for a new trolley I decided that it had to meet the following requirements:

  • strong & light as I want to take many things;
  • fashionable but timeless, like a animal, floral or an art print;
  • versatile and having more than one compartments so I can organize my luggage well; and
  • in line with the Transavia-hand luggage restrictions (this seems to be the hardest of all).

Today there is a large variety in trolleys in terms of brands, fabrics, models, colors, locks, etc. As I am the proud owner of an Eastpak suitcase I thought it was most efficient to check out the trolleys of this label first. Soon I stumbled across this Eastpak Transverz Trolley from the Aminimal collection. I love the print of this trolley as it combines nature with urban chique. I was immediately sold by this fashionable and timeless look designed by the popular American brand that is known for the use of strong and light materials, its versatility and the fact that it meets the 55x40x25 Transavia standards (yeah!). Once I was packing for this trip, it even appeared that – for some odd reason – those two main compartments could fit so much more than I had thought (lucky me). What else could a girl possibly wish for?

As I like to match my accessories, I decided to also carry along this Eastpak Padded Pak’r, the iconic model of this brand. You probably also had one or maybe still have. Anyways, this “Red Flames” print also comes from the Aminimal collection and I found it a good match with the trolley. Carrying these Eastpak bags enabled me to travel in style. In my opinion is the right luggage the best start of a trip, whether it is for business or leisure. These bags functionally carried my stuff I needed to enjoy my holiday even more & I was happy to salute the Italian fashionista’s with this (oldschool) Eastpak travel set.
