16 May Houston Baby!
Greetings from Houston! Yes, we made it to Texas and we love it! Therefore you get nothing but smiles in this post. We love the vibes, the people, the weather, the restaurants and the high heeled people! As summer is always around, I wanted to wear this off-the-shoulder flower dress. Like Chloé, Balenciaga and Dries Van Noten showed on the Runway for SS17, we go out in florals the coming months! As you might know, I’m loving these sparkling sneakers by Donna Carolina. I found these at Shaw Shoes in San Francisco, which is one of the few stores in the USA that sell these elegant, practical and unique beauties. They are super comfy and enhance any look. Another favourite is hanging around my shoulder. I bought this bag last summer in New York as gift to myself. I love the Marc Jacobs Snapshot Camera Bags and I am obsessed with all the cute and original prints and embellishments that enrich the SS17 collection. I also like to wear my Freedom of Movement watch, that really goes with anything (remember this article). And of course my prescription sunglasses, as the sun is always shining bright here in Texas!
I made these photos together with the lovely Paulina from Shenska Blog. We met on Instagram last year as she was also a European girl who moved to California. But that is not the only coincidence… We were in Texas at the same time, we have a weakness for colourful walls and we both love maxi floral dresses! So this all came together in this shoot and I can’t wait to hear what you think..!
