02 Feb Timeless elegance & a touch of vintage!
A faux fur bag is perfect to accomplish a look that has a timeless and elegant appeal. Even though it is one of the bag trends for Autumn/Winter 2016, it is a contemporary bag and a good investment as it remains in style for ever. For a baglover like me, this handbag is ideal as it is very nice to cuddle this bag. It is there to be loved and it also goes with many outfits. And on this day is felt even more appropriate to wear this faux fur bag. Because when we decided to shoot this look that – that I was also wearing to FashionWeek – it was freezing in Amsterdam. And when the temperatures are dropping to those levels, all that matters is staying warm, in a chic and fashionable way if possible! So that is what I did with this bag and I guess that this vintage mantle also contributes to this kind of appearance. These kinds of capes can only be found at tiny vintage shops or Lena – the fashion library here in Amsterdam.
